[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Indeed, what I fear the most for my ummah (nation) is their negligence in observing the prescribed prayers at their appointed times, and their haste in performing the prayers before their appointed times." Abu Bakr ibn Ibrahim Al-Farisi told us that Ibrahim ibn Abdullah Al-Asbahani informed us that Muhammad ibn Sulaiman ibn Faris narrated from Muhammad ibn Ismail Al-Bukhari, who narrated from Ahmad, who narrated from Al-Ash'athi, who mentioned this hadith and then Al-Bukhari said, "I don't know what this hadith is about." The sheikh (scholar) commented, "This is because the situation of this slave of Allah, Abdul Rahman, is not known. Allah knows best. The news concerning the timings (of prayers) has already been discussed, and it is sufficient."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِنَّ أَخْوَفَ مَا أَخَافُ عَلَى أُمَّتِي تَأْخِيرُهُمُ الصَّلَاةَ عَنْ وَقْتِهَا وَتَعْجِيلُهُمُ الصَّلَاةَ عَنْ وَقْتِهَا 3168 أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْفَارِسِيُّ أنبأ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ فَارِسٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْبُخَارِيُّ ثنا أَحْمَدُ قَالَ ثنا الْأَشْعَثِيُّ فَذَكَرَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ ثُمَّ قَالَ الْبُخَارِيُّ لَا أَدْرِي أَيْشْ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ قَالَ الشَّيْخُ وَهَذَا لِأَنَّهُ لَا يُعْرَفُ حَالُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ هَذَا وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ وَقَدْ مَضَتِ الْأَخْبَارُ فِي الْمَوَاقِيتِ وَفِيهَا كِفَايَةٌ وَقَدْ
