bayhaqi:3106 – Abū ʿAbdullāh al-Ḥusayn b. al-Ḥasan al-Makhzūmī al-Ghaḍāʾirī > ʿUthmān b. Aḥmad b. al-Sammāk > Abū Qilābah ʿAbd al-Malik b. Muḥammad al-Raqāshī > Quraysh b. Anas > Ismāʿīl al-Makkī And ʿAmrū b. ʿUbayd > al-Ḥasan > Anas b. Mālik > Qanat Rasūl

[Machine] Allah, may He be glorified and exalted, and Abu Bakr, Umar, and Uthman. And I consider him (i.e., Ali) to be the fourth until he departed from them. It was narrated by Abdul Warith bin Sa'id from Amr bin Ubaid. And he (Amr bin Ubaid) said about the Fajr prayer (morning prayer). And through their narrations, this is evidence from the Prophet, ﷺ , and then from his caliphs.  

البيهقي:٣١٠٦ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْمَخْزُومِيُّ الْغَضَائِرِيُّ بِبَغْدَادَ ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ السَّمَّاكِ ثنا أَبُو قِلَابَةَ عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الرَّقَاشِيُّ ثنا قُرَيْشُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ الْمَكِّيُّ وَعَمْرُو بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ قَنَتَ رَسُولُ

اللهِ ﷺ وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرُ وَعُثْمَانُ ؓ وَأَحْسِبُهُ قَالَ رَابِعٌ حَتَّى فَارَقَهُمْ وَرَوَاهُ عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ وَقَالَ فِي صَلَاةِ الْغَدَاةِ وَلِحَدِيثِهِمَا هَذَا شَوَاهِدُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ ثُمَّ عَنْ خُلَفَائِهِ ؓ
