[Machine] I prayed behind a man in Mecca who made two prostrations after the prayer and I mentioned that to Abdullah. He asked, "How did he understand that?" Al-Hakam said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to do that."  

البيهقي:٢٩٧١ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ ثنا يَحْيَى ثنا شُعْبَةُ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ وَمَنْصُورٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنْ أَبِي مَعْمَرٍ قَالَ

صَلَّيْتُ خَلْفَ رَجُلٍ بِمَكَّةَ فَسَلَّمَ تَسْلِيمَتَيْنِ فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لِعَبْدِ اللهِ فَقَالَ أَنَّى عَقَلَهَا؟ وَقَالَ الْحَكَمُ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَفْعَلُ ذَلِكَ  

رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ زُهَيْرِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الْقَطَّانِ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ أَنَّى عَلِقَهَا؟
