البيهقي:٢٩٦٣ – مَا أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نَصْرٍ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ قَتَادَةَ مِنْ أَصْلِ كِتَابِهِ أنبأ أَبُو عَمْرِو بْنُ نُجَيْدٍ أنبأ أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ ثنا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ أنبأ أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ ضَمْرَةَ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ قَالَ إِذَا جَلَسَ مِقْدَارَ التَّشَهُّدِ ثُمَّ أَحْدَثَ فَقَدْ تَمَّتْ صَلَاتُهُ عَاصِمُ بْنُ ضَمْرَةَ لَيْسَ بِالْقَوِيِّ وَأَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ؓ لَا يُخَالِفُ مَا رَوَاهُ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَإِنْ صَحَّ ذَلِكَ عَنْهُ فَهُوَ مَحْجُوجٌ بِمَا  

رَوَاهُ هُوَ وَغَيْرُهُ عَنْ سَيِّدَنَا الْمُصْطَفَى ﷺ الَّذِي لَا حُجَّةَ فِي قَوْلِ أَحَدٍ مِنْ أُمَّتِهِ مَعَهُ
