[Machine] The believer is in a state of attentiveness and listening to the Quran only during obligatory prayers, prescribed prayers, Fridays, the day of Eid, or the day of Sacrifice. This means that when the Quran is recited, you should listen and be silent. We have been narrated from another source that it is not strong in terms of authenticity that Ibn Abbas asked about this verse, and he said, "Is this for every reader?" He said, "No, but this is regarding the prayer."
الْمُؤْمِنُ فِي سَعَةٍ مِنَ الِاسْتِمَاعِ إِلَيْهِ إِلَّا فِي صَلَاةٍ مَفْرُوضَةٍ أَوْ مَكْتُوبَةٍ أَوْ يَوْمِ جُمُعَةٍ أَوْ يَوْمِ فِطْرٍ أَوْ يَوْمِ أَضْحَى يَعْنِي إِذَا قُرِئَ الْقُرْآنُ فَاسْتَمِعُوا لَهُ وَأَنْصِتُوا وَرُوِّينَا مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ لَيْسَ بِالْقَوِيِّ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ هَذِهِ الْآيَةِ قَالَ هَذَا لِكُلِّ قَارِئٍ؟ قَالَ لَا وَلَكِنْ هَذَا فِي الصَّلَاةِ
