[Machine] From Ali, he said: When one sits the duration of the tashahhud and then speaks, their prayer is completed and it is not valid. And Aasim ibn Damrah has no valid proof for it.  

البيهقي:٢٨٢٤ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْفَقِيهُ أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ قَالَا ثنا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ مُسْلِمًا أَبَا النَّضْرِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ حَمَلَةَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ يَقُولُ لَا تَجُوزُ صَلَاةٌ إِلَّا بِتَشَهُّدٍ وَرُوِّينَا عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ لَا صَلَاةَ إِلَّا بِتَشَهُّدٍ فَالَّذِي رُوِيَ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ ضَمْرَةَ

عَنْ عَلِيٍّ مِنْ قَوْلِهِ إِذَا جَلَسَ مِقْدَارَ التَّشَهُّدِ ثُمَّ أَحْدَثَ فَقَدْ تَمَّتْ صَلَاتُهُ لَا يَصِحُّ وَعَاصِمُ بْنُ ضَمْرَةَ غَيْرُ مُحْتَجٍّ بِهِ
