[Machine] Allah hears whomever praises Him. He raises his hands when he stands up from the two rak'ahs, and Ibn 'Umar raised his hands and related this to the Prophet ﷺ.  

البيهقي:٢٨١٤ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَمْرٍو الْأَدِيبُ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْإِسْمَاعِيلِيُّ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ بْنِ خَالِدٍ ثنا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى ح وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عِيسَى بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْحِيرِيُّ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ بِشْرِ بْنِ مَنْصُورٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ كَانَ إِذَا دَخَلَ فِي الصَّلَاةِ كَبَّرَ وَرَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ وَإِذَا رَكَعَ رَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ وَإِذَا قَالَ

سَمِعَ اللهُ لِمَنْ حَمِدَهُ رَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ وَإِذَا قَامَ مِنَ الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ رَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ وَرَفَعَ ذَلِكَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ  

رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ عَيَّاشٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى وَعَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى يَنْفَرِدُ بِرَفْعِهِ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَهُوَ ثِقَةٌ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ ذَلِكَ فِي حَدِيثِ أَبِي حُمَيْدٍ السَّاعِدِيِّ
