[Machine] He narrated to me about the erection of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on his heels and the fronts of his feet between the prostrations when Abdullah ibn Abi Najeeh Al-Makki narrated from Mujahid ibn Jabr Abu Al-Hajjaj who said, "I heard Abdullah ibn Abbas mentioning it." He said, "So I said to him, 'O Abu Al-Abbas, by Allah, we used to consider this as a fault from the one who does it.' He said, 'He said, 'Indeed, it is the Sunnah.'"  

حَدَّثَنِي عَنِ انْتِصَابِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ عَلَى عَقِبَيْهِ وَصُدُورِ قَدَمَيْهِ بَيْنَ السَّجْدَتَيْنِ إِذَا صَلَّى عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ الْمَكِّيُّ عَنْ مُجَاهِدِ بْنِ جَبْرٍ أَبِي الْحَجَّاجِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَذْكُرُهُ قَالَ فَقُلْتُ لَهُ يَا أَبَا الْعَبَّاسِ وَاللهِ إِنْ كُنَّا لَنَعُدُّ هَذَا جَفَاءً مِمَّنْ صَنَعَهُ قَالَ فَقَالَ إِنَّهَا لَسُنَّةٌ
