[Machine] The Prophet, ﷺ , used to raise his voice when saying "Ameen" in the narration of the jurist's hadith. In the narration of As-Sulami, I heard the Prophet, ﷺ , when saying "And not of those who have gone astray," he said "Ameen" and raised his voice during the prayer.  

البيهقي:٢٤٤٥أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ مِنْ أَصْلِهِ أنبأ أَبُو طَاهِرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْمُحَمَّدَ آبَادِيُّ ثنا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الدُّورِيُّ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ الْحَفْرِيُّ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ (ح) وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدُوسٍ الطَّرَائِفِيُّ ثنا مُعَاذُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ ثنا خَلَّادُ بْنُ يَحْيَى أنبأ سُفْيَانُ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ عَنْ حُجْرِ بْنِ الْعَنْبَسِ عَنْ وَائِلِ بْنِ حُجْرٍ قَالَ

كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ إِذَا قَالَ آمِينَ رَفَعَ بِهَا صَوْتَهُ لَفْظُ حَدِيثِ الْفَقِيهِ وَفِي رِوَايَةِ السُّلَمِيِّ سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ إِذَا قَالَ وَلَا الضَّالِّينَ قَالَ آمِينَ رَفَعَ بِهَا صَوْتَهُ فِي الصَّلَاةِ
