[Machine] Indeed, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The house (Kaaba) is the prayer direction for the people of the mosque, and the mosque is the prayer direction for the people of the Sacred Mosque (in Makkah), and the Sacred Mosque is the prayer direction for the people of the Earth in its east and west. Omar ibn Hafs al-Makki, though weak, has reported this narration which cannot be relied upon, and it has also been narrated through another weak chain from Abdullah ibn Habashi. Similarly, it has been reported as a statement from the Prophet ﷺ . And Allah knows best."  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ الْبَيْتُ قِبْلَةٌ لِأَهْلِ الْمَسْجِدِ وَالْمَسْجِدُ قِبْلَةٌ لِأَهْلِ الْحَرَمِ وَالْحَرَمُ قِبْلَةٌ لِأَهْلِ الْأَرْضِ فِي مَشَارِقِهَا وَمَغَارِبِهَا مِنْ أُمَّتِي تَفَرَّدَ بِهِ عُمَرُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ الْمَكِّيُّ وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ لَا يُحْتَجُّ بِهِ وَرُوِيَ بِإِسْنَادٍ آخَرَ ضَعِيفٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ حَبَشِيٍّ كَذَلِكَ مَرْفُوعًا وَلَا يُحْتَجُّ بِمِثْلِهِ وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ
