البيهقي:٢١٧٠٣ – قَالَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ وَأَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ أَنَّ أَمَةً كُوتِبَتْ ثُمَّ وَلَدَتْ وَلَدَيْنِ ثُمَّ مَاتَتْ فَسَأَلْتُ عَنْهَا عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ الزُّبَيْرِ فَقَالَ

إِنْ أَقَامَا بِكِتَابَةِ أُمِّهِمَا فَذَلِكَ لَهُمَا فَإِنْ قَضَيَاهَا عَتَقَا وَقَالَ ذَلِكَ عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ
