إِنْ أَقَامَا بِكِتَابَةِ أُمِّهِمَا فَذَلِكَ لَهُمَا فَإِنْ قَضَيَاهَا عَتَقَا وَقَالَ ذَلِكَ عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ
