[Machine] We were with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ during the Battle of the Trench, and he said, "May Allah fill their homes and graves with fire, as they have kept us from performing the middle prayer until the sun has set, which is the Asr prayer."
كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ يَوْمَ الْخَنْدَقِ فَقَالَ مَلَأَ اللهُ بُيُوتَهُمْ وَقُبُورَهُمْ نَارًا كَمَا شَغَلُونَا عَنِ الصَّلَاةِ الْوُسْطَى حَتَّى غَابَتِ الشَّمْسُ وَهِيَ صَلَاةُ الْعَصْرِ
We were in the company of the Prophet ﷺ on the day (of the battle) of Al-Khandaq (the Trench). The Prophet said, "May Allah fill their (the infidels') graves and houses with fire, as they have kept us so busy that we could not offer the middle prayer till the sun had set; and that prayer was the ʿAsr prayer."
كُنَّا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ يَوْمَ الْخَنْدَقِ فَقَالَ مَلأَ اللَّهُ قُبُورَهُمْ وَبُيُوتَهُمْ نَارًا كَمَا شَغَلُونَا عَنْ صَلاَةِ الْوُسْطَى حَتَّى غَابَتِ الشَّمْسُ وَهْىَ صَلاَةُ الْعَصْرِ
" عَنْ عَلِىٍّ قَالَ: كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ الله ﷺ يَوْمَ الخَنْدَقِ فَقَالَ: مَلأ اللهُ بُيُوتَهُمْ وَقُبُورَهُمْ نَارًا كمَا شَغَلُونَا عَنِ الصَّلاَةِ الوُسْطَى حتَّى غَابَتِ الشَّمْسُ، وَهى صَلاَةُ العَصْرِ".
