[Machine] I witnessed a dispute between Abu Darda and a group of people over a horse. Each of them presented evidence that it belonged to him. Then, he (Abu Darda) decided between them.

البيهقي:٢١٢٤١ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الْفَقِيهُ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى قَالَ

شَهِدْتُ أَبَا الدَّرْدَاءِ وَاخْتَصَمَ إِلَيْهِ قَوْمٌ فِي فَرَسٍ وَأَقَامَ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا بَيِّنَةً أَنَّهَا دَابَّتُهُ أَنْتَجَهُ قَالَ فَقَضَى بَيْنَهُمَا

[Machine] Two men argued before the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about a camel, and each of them presented evidence in support of his claim, so he [the Messenger of Allah] decided between them.

الطبراني:١٨٣٤ – حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يُوسُفَ الْعُقَيْلِيُّ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ثنا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ عَنْ يَاسِينَ الزَّيَّاتِ عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ عَنْ تَمِيمِ بْنِ طَرَفَةَ عَنْ جَابِرٍ

«أَنَّ رَجُلَيْنِ اخْتَصَمَا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي بَعِيرٍ وَأَقَامَ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا بَيِّنَةً أَنَّهُ لَهُ فَقَضَى بَيْنَهُمَا»
