[Machine] Two men claimed ownership of a camel, so the Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent each of them with two witnesses. The discussion about the cause of this incident has already been concluded, as well as the disagreement in its chain of narration, its continuity, and its content. It does not include that the camel was not in their possession.  

البيهقي:٢١٢٣٩أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ ثنا هُدْبَةُ ثنا هَمَّامٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى

أَنَّ رَجُلَيْنِ ادَّعَيَا بَعِيرًا فَبَعَثَ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا بِشَاهِدَيْنِ فَقَسَمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بَيْنَهُمَا قَدْ مَضَىَ الْكَلَامُ فِي عِلَّةِ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ وَمَا وَقَعَ مِنَ الِاخْتِلَافِ فِي إِسْنَادِهِ وَوَصْلِهِ وَمَتْنِهِ وَلَيْسَ فِيهِ أَنَّ الْبَعِيرَ لَمْ يَكُنْ فِي أَيْدِيهِمَا
