[Machine] Two men disputed with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ over something. One of them said, "There is a soul in this camel, but neither of us has any evidence." So, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ruled to divide the camel between them into two halves like that.  

البيهقي:٢١٢١٣ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نَصْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْبَزَّازُ بِالطَّابِرَانِ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مَنْصُورٍ الطُّوسِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الصَّائِغُ ثنا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ ثنا سَعِيدٌ ح وَأَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى قَالَ

اخْتَصَمَ رَجُلَانِ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي شَيْءٍ وَقَالَ رَوْحٌ فِي بَعِيرٍ لَيْسَ لِوَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا بَيِّنَةٌ فَقَضَى بِهِ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بَيْنَهُمَا نِصْفَيْنِ وَكَذَلِكَ  

رَوَاهُ يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ وَعَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ وَكَذَلِكَ رُوِيَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ وَرَوَاهُ شُعْبَةُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ فَأَرْسَلَهُ
