[Machine] In it, Muslims are unjust to each other, except for someone who has been whipped deservedly, or someone who has been tested in giving false testimonies, or someone who is suspicious in loyalty, or someone who has close kinship.

البيهقي:٢٠٨٣٠ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ قَالَا أنبأ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ النُّعْمَانِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الصَّمَدِ بْنِ أَبِي خِدَاشٍ ثنا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَبِي حُمَيْدٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْمَلِيحِ الْهُذَلِيِّ قَالَ كَتَبَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ إِلَى أَبِي مُوسَى الْأَشْعَرِيِّ ؓ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ قَالَ

فِيهِ الْمُسْلِمُونَ عُدُولٌ بَعْضُهُمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ إِلَّا مَجْلُودٌ فِي حَدٍّ أَوْ مُجَرَّبٌ فِي شَهَادَةِ زُورٍ أَوْ ظَنِينٌ فِي وَلَاءٍ أَوْ قَرَابَةٍ
