[Machine] That the Prophet ﷺ allowed the testimony of one Jew against another, and in the narration of Ibn Abadan, he allowed the testimony of the People of the Book against each other.  

البيهقي:٢٠٦٢٧ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ السُّكَّرِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ طَرِيفٍ الْكُوفِيُّ ثنا أَبُو خَالِدٍ ح وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ أنبأ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ السَّرَّاجُ ثنا مُطَيَّنٌ ثنا حَسَنُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ ثنا أَبُو خَالِدٍ الْأَحْمَرُ عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ جَابِرٍ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أَجَازَ شَهَادَةَ الْيَهُودِ بَعْضِهِمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ وَفِي رِوَايَةِ ابْنِ عَبْدَانَ أَجَازَ شَهَادَةَ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ بَعْضِهِمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ هَكَذَا  

رَوَاهُ أَبُو خَالِدٍ الْأَحْمَرُ عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ وَهُوَ مِمَّا أَخْطَأَ فِيهِ وَإِنَّمَا رَوَاهُ غَيْرُهُ عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ مِنْ قَوْلِهِ وَحُكْمُهُ غَيْرُ مَرْفُوعٍ
