[Machine] If it is a liquid, then throw it all away. But if it is solid, then throw away the mouse and everything around it, and everything that remains. Abu Ubaid said "Jamis" means frozen.  

البيهقي:١٩٦٢٣أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ الْكَارِزِيُّ أنبأ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدٍ ثنا هُشَيْمٌ عَنْ مَعْمَرِ بْنِ أَبَانَ عَنْ رَاشِدٍ مَوْلَى قُرَيْشٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ؓ أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنْ فَأْرَةٍ وَقَعَتْ فِي سَمْنٍ فَقَالَ

إِنْ كَانَ مَائِعًا فَأَلْقِهِ كُلَّهُ وَإِنْ كَانَ جَامِسًا فَأَلْقِ الْفَأْرَةَ وَمَا حَوْلَهَا وَكُلْ مَا بَقِيَ قَالَ أَبُو عُبَيْدٍ جَامِسًا يَعْنِي جَامِدًا

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was asked about a mouse that fell into fat and died? He said, "If it was solid, then take it and everything around it and eat what remains. But if it was liquid, then do not eat it."
