البيهقي:١٩١٢٤ – وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنْ فُرَافِصَةَ الْحَنَفِيِّ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ أَنَّهُ قَالَ الذَّكَاةُ فِي الْحَلْقِ وَاللَّبَّةِ وَلَا تَعْجَلُوا الْأَنْفُسَ

أَنْ تَزْهَقَ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ هَذَا مِنْ وَجْهٍ ضَعِيفٍ مَرْفُوعًا وَلَيْسَ بِشَيْءٍ
