البيهقي:١٩٠٩٢أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَمْشَاذٍ أَخْبَرَنِي يَزِيدُ بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ أَنَّ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنَ أبي اللَّيْثِ حَدَّثَهُمْ ثنا الْأَشْجَعِيُّ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ ؓ قَالَ

الثَّنِيُّ أَحَبُّ إِلِيَّ مِنَ الْهَرِمِ اللهُ أَحَقُّ بِالْفَتَاءِ وَالْكَرَمِ أَحَبُّهُ إِلِيَّ مِنَ الثَّنِيِّ أَحَبُّهُ إِلَى أَنْ أُضَحِّيَ بِهِ هَذَا مَوْقُوفٌ
