[Machine] Because the Messenger of Allah ﷺ made the hospitality three, and it is permissible that he made it for a people three times, and for another people for a day and a night, and he did not make hospitality for others as his treaty with them differs, so some hadiths do not refute each other.  

البيهقي:١٨٦٨٧أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ أنبأ الشَّافِعِيُّ أنبأ سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ حَارِثَةَ بْنِ مُضَرِّبٍ أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ فَرَضَ عَلَى أَهْلِ السَّوَادِ ضِيَافَةَ يَوْمٍ وَلَيْلَةٍ فَمَنْ حَبَسَهُ مَرَضٌ أَوْ مَطَرٌ أَنْفَقَ مِنْ مَالِهِ قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ وَحَدِيثُ أَسْلَمَ بِضِيَافَةِ ثَلَاثٍ أَشْبَهُ؛

لِأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ جَعَلَ الضِّيَافَةَ ثَلَاثًا وَقَدْ يَجُوزُ أَنْ يَكُونَ جَعَلَهَا عَلَى قَوْمٍ ثَلَاثًا وَعَلَى قَوْمٍ يَوْمًا وَلَيْلَةً وَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ عَلَى آخَرِينَ ضِيَافَةً كَمَا يَخْتَلِفُ صُلْحُهُ لَهُمْ فَلَا يَرُدُّ بَعْضُ الْحَدِيثِ بَعْضًا
