Yaasin bin Mu'adh al-Zaiyat al-Kufi, a weak narrator with a criticism from Yahya bin Ma'een and al-Bukhari, and others from the preservers. This hadith is only narrated from Ibn Abi Mulaykah from the Prophet ﷺ as a Mursal narration, and from 'Urwah from the Prophet ﷺ as a Mursal narration. Al-Shafi'i, may Allah have mercy on him, said as if the meaning of that is whoever gives allegiance to something that it is permissible for him to own, it belongs to him."
