[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever comes across a forbidden act, kill him." This hadith has been narrated from the narration of Abbad ibn Mansur, from Ikrimah, from Ibn Abbas, as a marfu' (elevated) hadith.  

البيهقي:١٧٠٥٦أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ أنبأ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمِصْرِيُّ ثنا هَاشِمُ بْنُ يُونُسَ ثنا ابْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي جَيْبَةَ عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ الْحُصَيْنِ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ وَقَعَ عَلَى ذَاتِ مَحْرَمٍ فَاقْتُلُوهُ وَقَدْ رُوِّينَاهُ مِنْ حَدِيثِ عَبَّادِ بْنِ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ مَرْفُوعًا
