[Machine] And he said in the new matter, in regards to each one of them (feminine plural pronoun) is an expiation, and it is narrated from Qatadah on the authority of Al-Hasan Al-Basri, and with it Al-Hakam ibn Utaibah said.  

البيهقي:١٥٢٥٤أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو سَعْدٍ الْمَالِينِيُّ أنا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ بْنُ عَدِيٍّ نا السَّاجِيُّ نا ابْنُ الْمُثَنَّى نا أَبُو دَاوُدَ نا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ مَطَرٍ الْوَرَّاقِ وَعَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ سَمِعَا عَمْرَو بْنَ شُعَيْبٍ عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ أَنَّ عُمَرَ ؓ قَالَ فِي رَجُلٍ ظَاهَرَ مِنْ ثَلَاثِ نِسْوَةٍ قَالَ عَلَيْهِ كَفَّارَةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ وَبِهِ قَالَ عُرْوَةُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ وَالْحَسَنُ الْبَصْرِيُّ وَرَبِيعَةُ بْنُ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ قَالَ مَالِكٌ وَذَلِكَ الْأَمْرُ عِنْدَنَا وَبِهِ قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ فِي الْقَدِيمِ

وَقَالَ فِي الْجَدِيدِ عَلَيْهِ فِي كُلِّ وَاحِدَةٍ مِنْهُنَّ كَفَّارَةٌ وَهُوَ رِوَايَةُ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ الْبَصْرِيِّ وَبِهِ قَالَ الْحَكَمُ بْنُ عُتَيْبَةَ
