[Machine] About the jurists who concluded with their saying from the people of Medina, they used to say: If the nation is under a slave, and he frees all of them, then it has no choice. And if it frees before him and remains silent until her husband frees her, then it also has no choice. And Allah knows best.  

البيهقي:١٤٢٧٣أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ الرَّفَّاءُ أنبأ عُثْمَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ بِشْرٍ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ الْقَاضِي ثنا ابْنُ أَبِي أُوَيْسٍ ثنا ابْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ

عَنِ الْفُقَهَاءِ الَّذِينَ يُنْتَهَى إِلَى قَوْلِهِمْ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ كَانُوا يَقُولُونَ إِذَا كَانَتِ الْأَمَةُ تَحْتَ الْعَبْدِ فَعَتَقَا جَمِيعًا فَلَا خِيَارَ لَهَا وَإِنْ عَتَقَتْ قَبْلَهُ وَسَكَتَتْ حَتَّى عَتَقَ زَوْجُهَا فَلَا خِيَارَ لَهَا أَيْضًا وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ
