[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited that a slave woman be married to a free man. This is a transmitted prohibition, except that it is in line with the interpretation of the Book and there is also the statement of a group of companions.  

البيهقي:١٤٠٠٢وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو حَازِمٍ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ أَبُو الْفَضْلِ بْنُ خُمَيْرَوَيْهِ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ حَدَّثَنِي مَنْ سَمِعَ الْحَسَنَ يَقُولُ

نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ تُنْكَحَ الْأَمَةُ عَلَى الْحُرَّةِ هَذَا مُرْسَلٌ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ فِي مَعْنَى الْكِتَابِ وَمَعَهُ قَوْلُ جَمَاعَةٍ مِنَ الصَّحَابَةِ ؓ
