[Machine] If she died, her mother cannot inherit from her, and if he divorces her, he may marry her again if he wishes, and the opinion of the majority is the most appropriate.  

البيهقي:١٣٩٠٧أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ أنبأ الشَّافِعِيُّ أنبأ مَالِكٌ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ سُئِلَ زَيْدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً فَفَارَقَهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يُصِيبَهَا هَلْ تَحِلُّ لَهُ أُمُّهَا؟ فَقَالَ لَهُ زَيْدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ لَا الْأُمُّ مُبْهَمَةٌ لَيْسَ فِيهَا شَرْطٌ إِنَّمَا الشَّرْطُ فِي الرَّبَائِبِ هَذَا مُنْقَطِعٌ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ أَنَّ زَيْدَ بْنَ ثَابِتٍ ؓ قَالَ

إِنْ كَانَتْ مَاتَتْ فَوَرِثَهَا فَلَا تَحِلُّ لَهُ أُمُّهَا وَإِنْ طَلَّقَهَا فَإِنَّهُ يَتَزَوَّجُهَا إِنْ شَاءَ وَقَوْلُ الْجَمَاعَةِ أَوْلَى
