البيهقي:١٣٦٤٥ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْفَتْحِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الرَّيِّسُ بِالرِّيِّ ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ثنا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ ثنا أَبُو خَالِدٍ الْأَحْمَرُ وَعُبَيْدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ الْفَرَّاءُ عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ عَنْ حُصَيْنٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ قَالَ لَا نِكَاحَ إِلَّا بِوَلِيٍّ وَلَا نِكَاحَ إِلَّا بِشُهُودٍ رَوَاهُ يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ
