Conditions for a valid Nikāḥ except in the case of the Prophet ﷺ with Zaynab b. Jaḥsh

There is no marriage except by a guardian (walī) and witnesses and a mahr ˹payment˺, except for what was for the Prophet ﷺ.   

البيهقي:١٣٣٥٩أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ أنبأ ابْنُ الْأَصْبَهَانِيِّ ثنا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ أَبِي هَارُونَ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ قَالَا

لَا نِكَاحَ إِلَّا بِوَلِيٍّ وَشُهُودٍ وَمَهْرٍ إِلَّا مَا كَانَ مِنَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ
