[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Gabriel has always been advising me to use the Siwak until I feared for my teeth, and so..."  

البيهقي:١٣٣٢٨ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْقَاضِي ثنا أَبُو تُمَيْلَةَ ثنا خَالِدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ بُرَيْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَؓ قَالَتْ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَا زَالَ جِبْرِيلُ يُوصِينِي بِالسِّوَاكِ حَتَّى خَشِيتُ عَلَى أَضْرَاسِي وَكَذَلِكَ  

رَوَاهُ غَيْرُهُ عَنْ أَبِي تُمَيْلَةَ يَحْيَى بْنِ وَاضِحٍ قَالَ الْبُخَارِيُّ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ قَالَ الشَّيْخُ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ وَقَدْ رَوَيْنَا فِي كِتَابِ الطَّهَارَةِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ حَنْظَلَةَ بْنِ أَبِي عَامِرٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ أُمِرَ بِالْوُضُوءِ لِكُلِّ صَلَاةٍ طَاهِرًا أَوْ غَيْرَ طَاهِرٍ فَلَمَّا شَقَّ ذَلِكَ عَلَيْهِ أُمِرَ بِالسِّوَاكِ لِكُلِّ صَلَاةٍ
