[Machine] The one who recommends fifth (one-fifth) is better than the one who recommends quarter (one-fourth), and the one who recommends quarter (one-fourth) is better than the one who recommends third.

الَّذِي يُوصِي بِالْخُمُسِ أَفْضَلُ مِنَ الَّذِي يُوصِي بِالرُّبُعِ وَالَّذِي يُوصِي بِالرُّبُعِ أَفْضَلُ مِنَ الَّذِي يُوصِي بِالثُّلُثِ
