[Machine] Narrated by Ibn Abbas: "And those who believed and emigrated" [Quran 8:74] "And those who believed and did not emigrate" [Quran 8:72], so the Arab would not inherit the Muhajir, nor would the Muhajir inherit him. And this was abrogated by "And blood relations among each other are more entitled to inheritance in the decree" [Quran 33:6].
عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ {وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَهَاجَرُوا} [الأنفال 74] {وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَلَمْ يُهَاجِرُوا} [الأنفال 72] فَكَانَ الْأَعْرَابِيُّ لَا يَرِثُ الْمُهَاجِرِيَّ وَلَا يَرِثُهُ الْمُهَاجِرُ فَنَسَخَتْهَا {وَأُولُو الْأَرْحَامِ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلَى بِبَعْضٍ } [الأحزاب 6]
