[Machine] That there should be no heir other than her, and Zaid did not object to any heir and put it in the treasury.

البيهقي:١٢٤٠٧ – قَالَ وَأَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ كَانَ عَلِيٌّ ؓ يَرُدُّ عَلَى كُلِّ وَارِثٍ الْفَضْلَ بِحِصَّةِ مَا وَرَّثَ غَيْرَ الْمَرْأَةِ وَالزَّوْجِ 12407 وَكَانَ عَبْدُ اللهِ لَا يَرُدُّ عَلَى امْرَأَةٍ وَلَا زَوْجٍ وَلَا ابْنَةِ ابْنٍ مَعَ ابْنَةِ الصُّلْبِ وَلَا عَلَى أُخْتٍ لِأَبٍ مَعَ أُخْتٍ لِأَبٍ وَأُمٍّ وَلَا عَلَى إِخْوَةٍ لِأُمٍّ مَعَ أُمٍّ وَلَا عَلَى جَدَّةٍ إِلَّا

أَنْ لَا يَكُونَ وَارِثٌ غَيْرُهَا 12407 وَكَانَ زَيْدٌ لَا يَرُدُّ عَلَى وَارِثٍ شَيْئًا وَيَجْعَلُهُ فِي بَيْتِ الْمَالِ
