البيهقي:١٢٠٢٨ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ أنبأ ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ مَالِكَ بْنَ أَنَسٍ يَقُولُ حَدَّثَنِي دَاوُدُ بْنُ الْحُصَيْنِ أَنَّ أَبَا عَطْفَانَ بْنَ طَرِيفٍ الْمُرِّيَّ أَخْبَرَهُ عَنْ مَرْوَانَ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ قَالَ قَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ مَنْ وَهَبَ هِبَةً لِصِلَةِ رَحِمٍ أَوْ عَلَى وَجْهِ صَدَقَةٍ فَإِنَّهُ لَا يَرْجِعُ فِيهَا وَمَنْ وَهَبَ هِبَةً يَرَى

أَنَّهُ إِنَّمَا أَرَادَ بِهَا الثَّوَابَ فَهُوَ عَلَى هِبَتِهِ يَرْجِعُ فِيهَا إِنْ لَمْ يُرْضَ مِنْهَا
