البيهقي:١١٩٥٩ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ بْنُ مَحْمُودٍ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ ثنا هَمَّامٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ قَالَ نَحَلَنِي أَنَسٌ نِصْفَ دَارِهِ قَالَ فَقَالَ أَبُو بُرْدَةَ إِنْ سَرَّكَ يَجُوزُ لَكَ فَاقْبِضْهُ؛ فَإِنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ قَضَى فِي الْأَنْحَالِ

أَنَّ مَا قُبِضَ مِنْهُ فَهُوَ جَائِزٌ وَمَا لَمْ يُقْبَضْ فَهُوَ مِيرَاثٌ قَالَ فَدَعَوْتُ يَزِيدَ الرِّشْكَ فَقَسَمَهَا
