[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade renting the land. This is an authentic and well-supported hadith. Sulaiman ibn Harb said that the Prophet ﷺ forbade renting farmlands.  

البيهقي:١١٧٠٠ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا عَارِمٌ وَسُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ وَمُسَدَّدٌ قَالُوا ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ مَطَرٍ الْوَرَّاقِ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ كِرَاءِ الْأَرْضِ هَذَا حَدِيثُ عَارِمٍ وَمُسَدَّدٍ وَقَالَ سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ كِرَاءِ الْمَزَارِعِ  

رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ أَبِي كَامِلٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ
