[Machine] About the orphan, when will the name of the orphan be removed from him? And indeed, the name of the orphan will not be removed from him until he reaches maturity and becomes self-reliant.  

البيهقي:١١٢٩٤ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ صَالِحِ بْنِ هَانِئٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْحَرَشِيُّ ثنا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ هُرْمُزَ أَنَّ نَجْدَةَ كَتَبَ إِلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ يَسْأَلُهُ مَتَى يَنْقَضِي يُتْمُ الْيَتِيمِ؟ فَكَتَبَ إِلَيْهِ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ وَكَتَبْتَ تَسْأَلُنِي مَتَى يَنْقَضِي يُتْمُ الْيَتِيمِ؟ وَلَعَمْرِي إِنَّ الرَّجُلَ لَتَنْبُتُ لِحْيَتُهُ وَإِنَّهُ لَضَعِيفُ الْأَخْذِ لِنَفْسِهِ ضَعِيفُ الْعَطَاءِ مِنْهَا فَإِذَا أَخَذَ لِنَفْسِهِ مِنْ صَالِحِ مَا يَأْخُذُ النَّاسُ فَقَدْ ذَهَبَ عَنْهُ الْيُتْمُ وَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنِ الْقَعْنَبِيِّ 11295 وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ثنا هَارُونُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ثنا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ هُرْمُزَ قَالَ كَتَبَ نَجْدَةُ الْحَرُورِيُّ إِلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ قَالَ فَقَالَ لِيَزِيدَ اكْتُبْ إِلَيْهِ وَكَتَبْتَ تَسْأَلُنِي

عَنِ الْيَتِيمِ مَتَى يَنْقَطِعُ عَنْهُ اسْمُ الْيَتِيمِ؟ وَإِنَّهُ لَا يَنْقَطِعُ عَنْهُ اسْمُ الْيَتِيمِ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ وَيُؤْنَسَ مِنْهُ الرُّشْدُ
