[Machine] There was a man who had a camel's age with the Prophet ﷺ , and he came to claim it. They searched for it but could only find a camel's age above his. The Prophet ﷺ said, "Give it to him." The man replied, "You have compensated me well. May Allah compensate you." The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Indeed, the best of you is the one who fulfills his obligations."  

البيهقي:١١٠٩٨ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا يَحْيَى بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى أنبأ أَبُو سَهْلٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ النَّحْوِيُّ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

كَانَ لِرَجُلٍ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ سِنٌّ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ فَجَاءَ يَتَقَاضَاهُ فَقَالَ أَعْطُوهُ فَطَلَبُوا فَلَمْ يَجِدُوا إِلَّا سِنًّا فَوْقَ سِنِّهِ فَقَالَ أَعْطُوهُ فَقَالَ أَوْفَيْتَنِي أَوْفَاكَ اللهُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِنَّ خِيَارَكُمْ أَحْسَنُكُمْ قَضَاءً  

رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ أَبِي نُعَيْمٍ وَأَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ فَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ الثَّابِتُ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ وَبِهِ آخُذُ وَفِيهِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ ضَمِنَ بَعِيرًا بِالصِّفَةِ وَفِي هَذَا مَا دَلَّ عَلَى أَنَّهُ يَجُوزُ أَنْ يُضْمَنَ الْحَيَوَانُ كُلُّهُ بِصِفَةٍ
