This is permissible, there is no harm in it. 11074 said and narrated to us Sa'eed, narrated to us Abd al-Aziz ibn Abd al-Samad, narrated to us Malik ibn Dinar that Ikrimah sold a copy of the Qur'an and that Hasan did not see any harm in it.
مَا أَحْسَنَ صَنْعَتَكَ تَنْقُلُ كِتَابَ اللهِ ﷻ وَرَقَةً إِلَى وَرَقَةٍ وَآيَةً إِلَى آيَةٍ وَكَلِمَةً إِلَى كَلِمَةٍ هَذَا الْحَلَالُ لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ 11074 قَالَ وَحَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ ثنا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الصَّمَدِ ثنا مَالِكُ بْنُ دِينَارٍ أَنَّ عِكْرِمَةَ بَاعَ مُصْحَفًا لَهُ وَأَنَّ الْحَسَنَ كَانَ لَا يَرَى بِهِ بَأْسًا
