[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ prohibited selling food until the measurement has been made with two saa' [a specific unit of measurement], so that there would be a surplus for the seller and a deficit for the buyer.  

البيهقي:١٠٧٠١أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الزَّيَّاتُ بِبَغْدَادَ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ ثنا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ أَبِي مُسْلِمٍ ثنا مَخْلَدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ عَنْ هِشَامٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

نَهَى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَنْ بَيْعِ الطَّعَامِ حَتَّى يَجْرِيَ فِيهِ الصَّاعَانِ فَيَكُونَ لِلْبَائِعِ الزِّيَادَةُ وَعَلَيْهِ النُّقْصَانُ
