[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade the sale of fruit until it becomes ripe and colored. It was asked, "O Abu Hamzah, what does 'ripe and colored' mean?" He said, "Until it turns red and yellow." It was said, "What if Allah withholds the fruits, what will you do with your brother's money?" He replied, "Likewise."

البيهقي:١٠٥٩٧ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ أنا أَبُو الْفَضْلِ عَبْدُوسُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ مَنْصُورٍ السِّمْسَارُ ثنا أَبُو حَاتِمٍ الرَّازِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ حَدَّثَنِي حُمَيْدٌ الطَّوِيلُ قَالَ سُئِلَ أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ عَنْ بَيْعِ الثِّمَارِ قَالَ

نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرَةِ حَتَّى تَزْهُوَ قِيلَ يَا أَبَا حَمْزَةَ وَمَا زَهْوُهَا؟ قَالَ حَتَّى تَحْمَرَّ وَتَصْفَرَّ قَالَ أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ حَبَسَ اللهُ الثِّمَارَ فَبِمَ تَسْتَحِلُّ مَالَ أَخِيكَ؟ وَكَذَلِكَ

رَوَاهُ جَمَاعَةٌ عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ وَفِي بَعْضِ الرِّوَايَاتِ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ أَنَسٌ أَرَأَيْتَ إنْ مَنَعَ اللهُ الثَّمَرَةَ بِمَ تَسْتَحِلُّ مَالَ أَخِيكَ؟ وَكَذَلِكَ قَالَهُ سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ فَجَعَلَ الْجَوَّابَ عَنْ تَفْسِيرِ الزَّهْوِ وَقَوْلُهُ أَرَأَيْتَ إنَ مَنَعَ اللهُ الثَّمَرَ؟ مِنْ قَوْلِ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ وَمَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ جَعَلَهُ مِنْ قَوْلِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَتَابَعَهُ عَلَى ذَلِكَ الدَّرَاوَرْدِيُّ مِنْ رِوَايَةِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبَّادٍ عَنْهُ فَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ
