[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever takes care of a date palm and then sells its trunk, then the fruit of the date palm belongs to the one who took care of it, unless the buyer stipulates otherwise."  

البيهقي:١٠٥٧٩ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحٍ ح وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَمْرٍو مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْأَدِيبُ أنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْإِسْمَاعِيلِيُّ أنا الْفِرْيَابِيُّ يَعْنِي جَعْفَرَ بْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ ثنا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَا ثنا اللَّيْثُ هُوَ ابْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ أَيُّمَا امْرِئٍ أَبَّرَ نَخْلًا ثُمَّ بَاعَ أَصْلَهَا فَلِلَّذِي أَبَّرَ ثَمَرُ النَّخْلِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ
