[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ cursed the one who consumes riba (usury), the one who gives it, the one who records it, and the two witnesses. He said: They are all equal in sin according to the narration of Abu Salih."  

البيهقي:١٠٤٦٨ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْحَافِظُ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الثَّقَفِيُّ ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ح وَأنا أَبُو صَالِحِ بْنُ أَبِي طَاهِرٍ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ أنا جَدِّي يَحْيَى بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ الْقَاضِي ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ عُمَرُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ السَّدُوسِيُّ ثنا عَاصِمُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَا ثنا هُشَيْمُ بْنُ بَشِيرٍ أنا أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ

لَعَنَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ آكِلَ الرِّبَا وَمُؤْكِلَهُ وَكَاتِبَهُ وَشَاهِدَيْهِ قَالَ هُمْ سَوَاءٌ لَفْظُ حَدِيثِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ  

رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ وَغَيْرِهِ
