[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "All the days of Tashriq are days of slaughtering, but the first day is obligatory, and this narration is not strong because its narrator is Suwaid."  

البيهقي:١٠٢٢٧ – قَالَ وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ ثنا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى عَنْ نَافِعِ بْنِ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ أَيَّامُ التَّشْرِيقِ كُلُّهَا ذَبْحٌ الْأَوَّلُ مُرْسَلٌ وَهَذَا غَيْرُ قَوِيٍّ؛ لِأَنَّ رَاوِيَهُ سُوَيْدٌ وَقَدْ  

رَوَاهُ أَبُو مَعْبَدٍ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ جُبَيْرٍ وَهُوَ قَوْلُ عَطَاءٍ وَالْحَسَنِ وَنَحْنُ نَذْكُرُهُ بِتَمَامِهِ إِنْ شَاءَ اللهُ فِي كِتَابِ الضَّحَايَا
