[Machine] A man closed the door on a dove and its young, then he went to Arafat and Mina, and when he returned, he found the dove dead. So he came to Ibn Umar and told him about it. Ibn Umar then placed three sheep as compensation for him, and a man judged with him.  

البيهقي:١٠٠٠٧وَفِيمَا أَجَازَ لِي أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ رِوَايَتَهُ عَنْهُ عَنْ أَبِي الْوَلِيدِ الْفَقِيهِ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا هُشَيْمٌ عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ وَيُوسُفَ بْنِ مَاهِكٍ وَمَنْصُورٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ

أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَغْلَقَ بَابَهُ عَلَى حَمَامَةٍ وَفَرْخَيْهَا ثُمَّ انْطَلَقَ إِلَى عَرَفَاتٍ وَمِنًى فَرَجَعَ وَقَدْ مُوِّتَتْ فَأَتَى ابْنَ عُمَرَ فَذَكَرَ لَهُ ذَلِكَ فَجَعَلَ عَلَيْهِ ثَلَاثًا مِنَ الْغَنَمِ وَحَكَمَ مَعَهُ رَجُلٌ
