[Machine] About a man who is married to a woman and also maintains a relationship with his father's sister, or a woman who is married to a man and has a relationship with her mother's sister, or a woman who is married to a man and has a relationship with her father's sister, it is said that Qabisa bin Dhu'ayb heard Abu Huraira saying that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade a man from being in a marriage with both his wife and her aunt, and also forbade a man from being in a marriage with both his wife and her mother's sister. However, we see the aunt of the mother or the aunt of the father being in the same relationship, and if the relationship is by breastfeeding, then it is at the same level as that marriage.  

عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَجْمَعُ بَيْنَ الْمَرْأَةِ وَبَيْنَ خَالَةِ أَبِيهَا وَالْمَرْأَةِ وَخَالَةِ أُمِّهَا أَوْ بَيْنَ الْمَرْأَةِ وَعَمَّةِ أَبِيهَا أَوِ الْمَرْأَةِ وَعَمَّةِ أُمِّهَا فَقَالَ قَالَ قَبِيصَةُ بْنُ ذُؤَيْبٍ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ يُجْمَعَ بَيْنَ الْمَرْأَةِ وَخَالَتِهَا وَبَيْنَ الْمَرْأَةِ وَعَمَّتِهَا فَنَرَى خَالَةَ أُمِّهَا أوْ عَمَّةَ أُمِّهَا بِتِلْكَ الْمَنْزِلَةِ وَإِنْ كَانَ مِنَالرَّضَاعِ يَكُونُ فِي ذَلِكَ بِتِلْكَ الْمَنْزِلَةِ
