Yes, if Sa'd narrates some-thing to you from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, do not ask anyone else about it.  

أحمد:٨٨ – حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ مَعْرُوفٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ أَبِي النَّضْرِ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَعَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ أَنَّهُ مَسَحَ عَلَى الْخُفَّيْنِ وَأَنَّ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ سَأَلَ عُمَرَ عَنْ ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ نَعَمْ إِذَا حَدَّثَكَ سَعْدٌ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ شَيْئًا فَلا تَسْأَلْ عَنْهُ غَيْرَهُ

Saʿd bin Abi Waqqas said, "The Prophet ﷺ passed wet hands over his Khuffs (socks made from thick fabric or leather)." ʿAbdullah bin ʿUmar asked ʿUmar about it. ʿUmar replied in the affirmative and added, "Whenever Saʿd narrates a Hadith from the Prophet, there is no need to ask anyone else about it."
