[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to fast most on Mondays and Thursdays. It was said to him: Why are you fasting on these days? He said: On these days, the actions are presented (to Allah) and every Muslim or believer is forgiven except for the ones who have migrated. Allah will say to them: Leave them.  

أحمد:٨٣٦١حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رِفَاعَةَ عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ أَكْثَرَ مَا يَصُومُ الِاثْنَيْنِ وَالْخَمِيسَ فَقِيلَ لَهُ فَقَالَ إِنَّ الْأَعْمَالَ تُعْرَضُ كُلَّ اثْنَيْنِ وَخَمِيسٍ أَوْ كُلَّ يَوْمِ اثْنَيْنِ وَخَمِيسٍ فَيَغْفِرُ اللهُ ﷻ لِكُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ أَوْ لِكُلِّ مُؤْمِنٍ إِلَّا الْمُتَهَاجِرَيْنِ فَيَقُولُ أَخِّرْهُمَا
