Chosroes gave a gift to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and he accepted it from him; Caesar gave a gift to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and he accepted it from him; the kings gave him gifts and he accepted them from them.  

أحمد:٧٤٧ – حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ عَنْ ثُوَيْرِ بْنِ أَبِي فَاخِتَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ

أَهْدَى كِسْرَى لِرَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَبِلَ مِنْهُ وَأَهْدَى لَهُ قَيْصَرُ فَقَبِلَ مِنْهُ وَأَهْدَتْ لَهُ الْمُلُوكُ فَقَبِلَ مِنْهَا
