The Prophet ﷺ said: Islam does not allow for failure to perform the hajj. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 1729)   

أحمد:٦٩٧١ – حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ حَدَّثَنَا عِمْرَانُ الْقَطَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا عَامِرٌ الْأَحْوَلُ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنَّ رَجُلًا قَالَ فُلَانٌ ابْنِي فَقَالَ

رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا دِعَاوَةَ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَا صَرُورَةَ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الْبُخَارِيِّ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ على شرط البخاري
